CRAFT EXHIBITION
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
All Exhibits are to be delivered to Caulfield Racecourse: Gate 2, Station St, Caulfield East VIC 3145 between 3pm & 6pm on Friday 17th January 2025.
The Exhibition will close on Saturday 18th January at 5.00pm. Exhibits can be collected between 5.00pm & 6.00pm on this day at Caulfield Racecourse.
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to collect their exhibits. Uncollected exhibits will be discarded.
THEME
Celebrating agriculture exhibits.
Eg:
knitted
crochet
sew
patchwork
recycled
ceramic
papercraft
diamond art
REGULATIONS
The organisation will take all care but will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the exhibits, all exhibits are at the sole risk of the exhibitor.
All exhibits must remain on display during the show.
All exhibits MUST not exceed 1 square meter & minimum size is A4.
Exhibitors Name to be placed on the bottom right of the exhibit.
All artworks must be the original work of the exhibitor.

REGULATIONS
The organisation will take all care but will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the exhibits, all exhibits are at the sole risk of the exhibitor.
All exhibits must remain on display during the show.
All exhibits MUST be displayed on a 2mm mountboard.
Any exhibit not mounted will not be accepted.
Exhibitors Name to be placed on the bottom middle of the mountboard.
All images must be the original work of the exhibitor & may be computer enhanced, but no computer-generated images accepted.
TRADITIONAL FOOD EXHIBITION
DELIVERY & COLLECTION
All Exhibits are to be delivered to Caulfield Racecourse: Gate 2, Station St, Caulfield East VIC 3145 between 8am & 9am on Saturday 18th January 2025.
The Exhibition will close on Saturday 18th January at 5.00pm. Exhibits can be collected between 5.00pm & 6.00pm on this day at Caulfield Racecourse.
It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to collect their exhibits. Uncollected exhibits will be discarded.
THEME
All exhibits must be Tamil traditional food.

All exhibits must be properly plated, or clear glass jars or bottles used.
A postcard / cue card with the food name, ingredients, and the exhibitor’s name to be issued with the exhibits.
ART EXHIBITION
