CRAFT EXHIBITION

DELIVERY & COLLECTION

  1. All Exhibits are to be delivered to Caribbean Park: Event Central at Caribbean Park, Scoresby VIC 3179 between 3pm & 6pm on Saturday 24th January 2026.

  2. The Exhibition will close on Sunday 25th January at 4.30pm. Exhibits can be collected between 4.30pm & 5.30pm on this day at Caribbean Park.

  3. It is the responsibility of the exhibitor to collect their exhibits. Uncollected exhibits will be discarded. 

 

THEME

Prefarably “Culture and us”

Eg: 

knitted

crochet

sew

patchwork

recycled

ceramic 

papercraft

diamond art

 

REGULATIONS

  1. The organisation will take all care but will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the exhibits, all exhibits are at the sole risk of the exhibitor.

  2. All exhibits must remain on display during the show.

  3. All exhibits MUST not exceed 1 square meter & minimum size is A4. 

  4. All exhibits should be accompanied by a short description about it Meaning, how it was made etc to make it interesting to the viewer .

  5. Exhibitors Name to be placed on the bottom right of the exhibit.

  6. All artworks must be the original work of the exhibitor.

 

PHOTOGRAPHY EXHIBITION

  3. People/Animal

  4. Sports/Action

  5. Multicultural Events

 

REGULATIONS

  1. The organisation will take all care but will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the exhibits, all exhibits are at the sole risk of the exhibitor.

  2. All exhibits must remain on display during the show.

  3. All exhibits MUST be displayed on a 2mm mountboard.

  4. Any exhibit not mounted will not be accepted.

  5. All exhibits should be accompanied by a short description about it to make it interesting to the viewer .

  6. Exhibitors Name to be placed on the bottom middle of the mountboard.

  7. All images must be the original work of the exhibitor & may be computer enhanced, but no computer-generated images accepted.

TRADITIONAL FOOD EXHIBITION

THEME

All exhibits must be Tamil traditional food.

 

REGULATIONS

  1. A postcard / cue card with the food name, ingredients, and the exhibitor’s name to be issued with the exhibits.

  2. All food should be prepared fresh and hygienically

  3. Once EOI is submitted organisers will contact you for further details 



ART EXHIBITION
